Item not delivered after almost a month

Very disappointed as my item hasn't arrived after nearly a month and I'm being asked to review the product.

Sorry to read this and have it bought to my attention for the first time on here.
I can see the book was ordered 14 days ago on the 7th March and the tracking is showing as delivered on the 12th so I'm not sure what's happened.
I can see the billing address is different from the delivery addresss, is this the issue?

We know all families come in all shapes and sizes. Our books make no assumptions about family or relationships; they are completely open for you to write your own story. The Book of Me and You can be shared by a child and any special adult, whether that be a friend, relation, teacher, mentor, god, guide, or odd parent. This family journal welcomes all.

Record all your shared experiences with a milestone book that allows you to document both your journey and baby’s journey through growth. Whether you’re caring from afar or in everyday contact, track the growth of your relationship, from childhood and beyond.

The Book of Me and You can be gifted by or to children of any age. We believe the stories and prompts inside to be suitable for children over six. These prompts encourage the documentation of core memories, so that your young one can treasure them well into adulthood.

A wonderful memory of the people who love them and those who have made their childhood exactly what it was.

The baby book can be filled in from the very early stages of babyhood and childhood. It makes for a wonderful gift for expecting parents, grandparents, and more. While the child prompts are suitable for the age range of six years and upwards, the sharing adult is encouraged to document baby’s first years and their own experiences throughout this time.

Once baby is fully grown and is able to reflect with the family memory book, they’ll be able to experience their guardians' or carers' journey through the adults' entries and logs. Use as a photo album or scrapbook, collecting core memories, milestones and mementoes.

While we know all pregnancies might not look the same between parents, if you are able to document the pregnancy journey, you can absolutely use The Book of Me & You to do so.

You have the opportunity to use the memory book as a pregnancy journal if you feel comfortable and able to do so. Slot in pregnancy photos, journal core moments, and reflect on the memories made during this time.
