Item not delivered after almost a month

Very disappointed as my item hasn't arrived after nearly a month and I'm being asked to review the product.

Sorry to read this and have it bought to my attention for the first time on here.
I can see the book was ordered 14 days ago on the 7th March and the tracking is showing as delivered on the 12th so I'm not sure what's happened.
I can see the billing address is different from the delivery addresss, is this the issue?

The Book of Me and You can be shared by a child and any special adult, whether that be a friend, relation, teacher, mentor, god, guide, or odd parent. This family journal welcomes all.
